Intervention1: Passive Stretching of Respiratory Muscles: Patient position- supine Duration-30-40 min Frequency-once a day,4 times per week for 4 weeks intensity-3 reps, 30sec hold,1 min rest interval

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: UG and PG Physiotherapy students. Aged between 18 and 28 years. Presence of rounded shoulders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: H/O Respiratory or Cardiovascular Diseases. H/O diagnosed musculoskeletal conditions. Recent surgeries on the shoulders, thoracic spine and cervical spine. H/O Neurological Conditions. Any chest deformities.
