Intervention1: Breath Holding Exercise: Patient position - High sitting Duration - 25 to 30 mins Intensity - 10 repetitions Frequency - twice a day Control Intervention1: Conventional physiotherapy

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group between 40-80 years 2.patients who have undergone valve replacement surgery through median sternotomy (both mechanical and biological)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe lung diseases, COPD , Br. Asthma, patients with more than 24 hours ventilatory support , patients with major post-surgical cardiovascular complications, significant arrhythmia, heart failure, patients with neurological conditions, patients with a history of similar surgery/incision.
