Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 40-50 years. No history of significant Musculoskeletal disorders, Neurological conditions, or recent surgeries affecting the Hip or Spine. Ability to give informed consent and participate in physical assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with diagnosed Hip, Knee, or Spine pathologies. Individuals with Neurological conditions affecting posture and movement. Pregnant women or individuals with contraindications for physical activity.

To find out the muscle ratio of Hip joint i.e, Abductor Vs Adductor in middle aged population. To find out the Pelvic shift in middle aged population. To find out the relationship between Muscle ratio and Pelvic shift in middle aged population. Timepoint: Single time
