Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI- normal range between 18.5-22.9 kg/m2 2. Is on oral hypoglycemic drugs 3. Has never undergone progressive muscle relaxation technique before

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering with cardiovascular, neurological, musculoskeletal, psychological disorders, type I diabetes mellitus and patients having history of performing exercise past 3 months have been excluded from the study
