Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents aged 12 18 years. Individuals with no pre-existing musculoskeletal or neurological conditions affecting posture. Regular VR users, defined as using VR technology at least three times per week. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent (parental consent for minors). Ability to comprehend and follow instructions for assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of significant musculoskeletal or spinal surgery. Neurological disorders that could influence posture or movement. Use of assistive devices for mobility or posture correction. Involvement in structured postural rehabilitation programs within the past six months. Cognitive impairments affecting participation in assessments.

MeasureTime frame
Forward Head PostureTimepoint: Forward Head Posture will be evaluated by measuring the craniovertebral angle using the MB ruler application in 6 weeks.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Musculoskeletal healthTimepoint: Musculoskeletal health will be evaluated by assessing musculoskeletal pain levels (Numeric Pain Rating Scale), range of motion (ROM) of the cervical spine (using a goniometer), & functional assessment scores (Neck Disability Index) in 6 weeks.
