Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergrduate students who will give consent for the research . The students will be from 1st year to final year from the medical college.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Undergraduate students who do not give consent , students with acute illness (fever,vomiting,etc) or chronic illness(pre existing heart condition, hypertension ,diabetes, etc), chronic smokers , alcoholics are excluded from the study.
