Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed pleural effusion confirmed by clinical and medical examination, and at least one radiological method (chest X-ray, ultrasound, or CT scan). Unilateral pleural effusion. Hemodynamically stable patients. Age between 35-65 years. Both male and female participants. Both drained and non-drained patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have needed mechanical ventilation for over 24 hours in the past 72 hours (3 days). Rib fractures within the last 4 weeks. Uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions, including recent myocardial infarction (more than 3 months), unstable angina, or severe arrhythmias. Active pleural malignancy or metastatic disease affecting the pleura. Moderate to severe cognitive impairment (e.g., MMSE score less than 20) preventing adherence to breathing exercises. CKD STAGE greater than 3 Multiple drains. Risk of Pneumothorax Bronchopleural fistulas
