This study aims to find out if adding balance and core exercises to regular physiotherapy helps people with knee osteoarthritis. It will also compare the effects of doing these exercises with eyes open versus closed to see if they improve pain, movement, and daily life.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persistent knee pain for at least 3 months Ability to perform mild to moderate Exercise Primary and secondary OA Subacute and Chronic knee OA NPRS more than 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Grade 4 excluded (According to Kell Ergen and Lawerence grading) Recent knee surgery or intra-articular injections (smaller than 3 months) Neurological or vestibular disorders affecting balance Co-morbid conditions that limit participation (eg severe cardiovascular or respiratory disease) History of fractures in the lower limb within the past year Diabetic Neuropathy Other Conditions Secondary arthritis (eg rheumatoid arthritis gout) Pregnancy Pregnant individuals are excluded for safety reasons Non-compliance Inability to follow or adhere to the study protocol Conditions affecting vision or balance (eg vertigo vestibular disorders)
