Intervention1: Open flap debridement surgery with I-PRF: Extra-oral antisepsis will be performed with 5% povidone iodine solution and intra-orally 0.2% chlorhexidine digluconate will be given to rinse

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Physical status1. Periodontitis stage II, III. Probing pocket depth more than or equal to 4 mm after scaling and root planing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of antibiotics or steroids during the last 3 months. Smoking habit. Diabetes mellitus. Pregnancy and lactating women. History of periodontal surgery or prosthetic restorations at the experimental teeth. Previous or current radiation therapy.
