Intervention1: Common Yoga Protocol (CYP) as prescribed by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India : Intervention Duration: Daily Session Duration: ~45 minutes Frequency: 5 6 days per week

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients diagnosed with breast cancer (stages I-III) who had undergone unilateral modified radical mastectomy and We re receiving radiotherapy. 2. Age: 30-65 years. 3. Ability to perform physical activity as per oncologist/physician s clearance. 4. Willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with metastatic (stage IV) breast cancer. 2. Severe cardiovascular, respiratory, or neurological conditions limiting exercise participation. 3. Any orthopedic conditions restricting movement. 4. Active psychiatric disorders affecting compliance.

1.Functional Capacity (6MWT):- the highest reported reliability for this measure is 0.94. The test was conducted according to the standardized protocol (ATS 2002). 2.Quality of Life(FACT-B Scale):- the high reliability for this scale is 0.90 Timepoint: Baseline & 6th week

1. Fatigue (FACT-F Scale):- reliability 0.85 2. Pulmonary Function Tests:- Test-retest reliability has been consistently high, with reported values around 0.90 Timepoint: Baseline & 6th week
