Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1) Adults diagnosed with lung cancer and undergoing radiotherapy Stage I III. 2) Clinically stable, with no acute exacerbation of symptoms in the past 4 weeks. 3) Currently undergoing radiotherapy treatment (curative or palliative intent) and must have the physician clearance to engage in low intensity circuit training program. 4) Able to ambulate without help of any assistive devices. 5) Willing to provide written informed consent and adhere to study procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1) Advanced or end stage diseases patients with Stage IV lung cancer or receiving palliative or hospice care. 2) Uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, severe COPD or other conditions that contraindicate exercise. 3) Recent Major Surgery Within the past six weeks which limits physical activity. 4) Uncontrolled respiratory complications. 5) Severe fatigue dyspnea at rest or pain preventing physical activity. 6) Concurrent enrolment in another structured exercise or rehabilitation program.

1 Functional capacity:- Measured using Six minute walk test (6 MWT) 2 Fatigue:- Measured using Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy Fatigue scale (FACT-F) 3 Pulmonary Function:- Measured using Pulmonary function test (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC) Timepoint: Baseline and 6th week

1 Quality of life:- Measured by using Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy Lung scale (FACT-L) 2 Dyspnea:- Measured using Modified Medical Research Council scale (mMRC) 3 Maximum voluntary ventilation (MVV):- Measured using Pulmonary function test 4 Adherence Rate:- Calculated using the adherence rate formula Timepoint: Baseline and 6th week
