Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients of traumatic brain injury more than three months duration visiting department of Endocrinology , department of Neurosurgery and department of Emergency medicine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with traumatic brain injury less than three months duration. 2. Patients with traumatic brain injury less than 18 year old 3. Patients with traumatic brain injury without documented medical visit at the time of insult 4. Patients with any chronic illness that can affect the pituitary hormonal profile. 5. Patients with acute illness that can affect pituitary hormonal profile.
