Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Sales Executives belonging to all sexes complaining of job related stress in the age group 20-45 years. 2.Employees having perceived stress scale score ranging 14-26 3.Employees who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants who are unable to do yoga 2.Psychiatric patients under medication 3.Severe acute or chronic systemic illness

To evaluate the combined effect of Himasagara taila pada abhyanga and selected yoga techniques for 30 days by assessing the change in Perceived stress score.Timepoint: Treatment period- 30 days Assessment will be done on 0th and 31st day with Perceived stress scale and selected Yoga techniques for 30 days by assessing the change in Perceived stress score.
