Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with confirmed nutritional risk as determined by standardized tools such as ESPEN-NRS tool -2002 Tool patients who consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with chronic illness patients with severe cognitive impairment or communication barriers patients undergoing emergency surgeries where preoperative nutritional optimization is not feasible
