Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational athletes who exercise greater than 4 hours/week. Recreational athletes of 18 to 25 years old. Gender: Both males and females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inflammatory or neuropathic disease, spinal canal stenosis, radiculopathy, spondylolisthesis, scoliosis. Any fractures and injuries for upper extremities, Any neurological conditions, Any recent spinal surgeries. Any cardiovascular, pulmonary, and/or metabolic diseases. Neck pain, Dizziness, any diuretics usage, History of other comorbidities/ MSK (musculoskeletal) Injuries
