Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)First Permanent Molars in children from 6-8 years of age. 2)Permanent second molars and premolars in children from 11-14 years of age. 3)MIH affected teeth with either 2/3rd or less than 2/3rd of tooth structure will be included according to the Ghanim et al 2017 criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with following will be excluded from the study: 1)Teeth with ongoing orthodontic treatment. 2)MIH tooth with prior application of sealant and restoration. 3)The presence of DDE (amelogenesis imperfecta, dentinogenesis imperfecta, tetracycline staining, or diffuse hypoplastic lesions i.e., fluorosis) 4)Children with special healthcare needs.
