Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between age of 18-70 years of both genders. 2. Patients indicated for open reduction and internal fixation for maxillofacial fractures having difficult nasal intubation. 3. Healthy patients falling under ASA I and ASA II classification
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having maxillofacial trauma where nasal intubation can be done. 2. Patients who are tracheostomized. 3. Patients where oral intubation is difficult and indicated for tracheostomy. 4. Patients with a history of coagulopathy. 5. Subjects who are not willing to provide written informed consent and compliant with study procedure
