Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational players aged between 18 and 30 years. Asymptomatic flat foot using navicular drop test. Dorsiflexion less than 20 degree with knee extended. Participants of recreational sports activities at least 3 times per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any lower limb musculoskeletal injury or surgery in the past 6 months. Systemic Conditions: diabetes, rheumatoid Arthritis, or neurological disorders affecting gait or flexibility. Orthotic use or undergoing physiotherapy treatment for Flat feet or calf tightness. Medication Use(anti-inflammatory drugs or corticosteroids) that could influence muscle or fascial properties

Ankle dorsiflexion test in weight bearing lunge position using inclinometerTimepoint: Ankle dorsiflexion will be measured using inclinometer in degrees at basline after 2 weeks and 4 weeks
