Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically Diagnosed with non-infected maxillary and mandibular cystic lesion Patients of either age sex in the range of 18 years to 60 years Patients with no documented allergies to drug Patients willing to participate in the study Patients ready to co-operate with the study and postoperative follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient unwilling to participate in study. Patients with co-existing systemic illness. Pregnant and lactating mother. Patient having past history of drug allergy

MeasureTime frame
bone healing by measuring bone density and size of defect radiographicallyTimepoint: bone regeneration and bone density will be checked after 6 months radiographically, clinical parameter pain , swelling , edema and wound dehiscence will be checked clinically after 5th day 1 week and 1 month.
