Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: no cognitive impairment (ACEIII more than 88) willing to perform the exercise. Able to understand commands.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject having any; Severe musculoskeletal disorder,Severe cardio-respiratory disorder,Severe neurological disorder,Other systemic disorder
