Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ability to communicate and answer questionnaire question Age over 60 yr old Individuals with stable chronic conditions that is hypertension, diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: They have mental or cognitive impairment in according to medical records and physical disability. Major Surgery or Hospitalization: In the last three months, as recovery could interfere with study participation. Patients with heart condition such as CAD , hear t failure , arrthymias ,hypertrophic cardiomyopathy , post heart attack (MI). Patients with chronic condition such as CKD . Severe psychiatric disease such as depressive disorder , schizophrenia , severe anxiety disorder requiring intensive psychological intervention . Hearing or Vision Impairments that prevent understanding and following relaxation instructions. Current Practice of Relaxation Techniques: Individuals already regularly practicing meditation, yoga, or breathing exercises.Use of Sedatives or Relaxants: Regular use of medications affecting relaxation and respiratory function , e.g., benzodiazepines, opioids. Severe Postural Instability Balance disorders or severe kyphosis/scoliosis that may impair their ability to sit or lie comfortabl y during relaxation session.Advanced Degenerative Disc Disease Severe spinal conditions leading to chronic pain and limited flexibility. History of Stroke Individuals with significant motor or speech impairments affecting their ability to participate
