Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with post-traumatic scars in the head and neck regions. 2. Scar ranging from 4 weeks and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with hypertrophic scars or keloid scars. 2. Patient classified with ASA III and above. 3. Patients taking medications that may interfere with normal wound healing.

MeasureTime frame
Both nano fat and PRP may improve scars over a 3-month period. Nano fat may show superior results in: Reducing scar thickness, pigmentation, and vascularity Improving texture and pliability (POSAS) Achieving higher patient satisfaction PRP can show moderate improvement but may be less effective than nano fat. No significant complications were reported in either group. Timepoint: Both nano fat and PRP injection site will be assessed at a baseline interval of 7th day, 1month and 3rd month respectively
