Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age group of 13 to 25 years. 2. Patient having symptoms of kashtartava w.s.r to primary dysmennorhoea i.e. a) Sakasht Rajastrav(Painful Menstruation) b) Alpa Rajastrav (Scanty Menstruation) c) Adhoudara Shool (Pain in lower abdomen) d) Katishool (Pain in pelvic region) 3. Associated symptoms a )Prasek (nausea ) b) Chardi (vomiting) c) Atisara(diarrhea) d)Shirashool(headache)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient age below 13 years and above 25 years. 2 Patient having k/c/o Congenital anomalies leading to [Page : 12] kashtartava w.s.r to primary dysmenorrhea. 3 Patient having k/c/o Acute infection, acyclic and excessive bleeding more than 4 pads / days or more 5 days. 4 Patient having k/c/o Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Uterine fibroid, Endometrial polyp and Other medical, surgical etc. 5 Patients with any k/c/o systemic disorders like DM, HTN etc.
