Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sketally mature individuals involved in sports(state/national level) with isolated primary ACL tear

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age more than 60 Chronic ACL ruptures more than 2 years old Associated meniscus lesions, Collateral, Cartilage lesions Grade 3 pivot test Obese with BMI more than. 30 Hyperlax patients with Beightons more than 6 Revision ACLR Previous surgeries around knee

Clinical laxity measurement using arthrometer IKDC and Tegner Lysholm scores Radiological stress stesting using Telos like stress testing device Analyse complications during the procedureTimepoint: Patients will be followed up at 4 weeks 3 months 6 months and 1 year followup
