Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged between 18 years to 50 years diagnosed with menorrhagia i.e heavy menstrual bleeding, having any of the following symptoms for the last 3 consecutive cycles Excessive bleeding during menstruation Prolonged menstrual bleeding with the duration of bleeding more then 7 days and less then 12 days Participants having haemoglobin levels more than 8gm%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants having coagulation disorder Post-menopausal bleeding Bleeding associated with pregnancy or abortion Malignancies Participants having STDs

Changes in Pictorial Blood Assessment Chart Score and duration of blood flow Timepoint: oth day and next day after bleeding stops in each cycle till 3 months
