Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed patients of fissure in ano (parikartika) 2.patients among the age group of 18 to 60 years , irrespective of gender and socio-economic status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient with uncontrolled systemic disease like diabetes and hypertension 2.patient with known case of CA rectum. 3.severely immuno compromised patients. 4.patients having parikartika, secondary to ulcerative colitis, syphilis,T.B.
