Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients aged 18-65 yrs with traumatic soft tissue injury presenting within 48 hrs of injury with wound size greater than 1% TBSA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemodynamically unstable patient requiring damage control surgery Mangled extremity with MESS Score greater than 7 or GHOIS greater than 14 Non-graftable wounds with exposed neurovascular structures, tendons and bone
