Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18- 27 years 2. College students 3. BMI: 18.5 24.9 kg/m2 (normal) 4. Subjects who understand written and verbal English language and are willing to give consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent injury in the last 3 months 2. Psychological disorder 3. Cardiovascular disorder 4. Cardio-respiratory disorder 5. Low back pain 6. Musculoskeletal disorders Athlete at any district/ national/ international level History of any trauma or disorders Subjects with h/o of any conditions that can affect the outcome of the study
