Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children who have been extubated following mechanical ventilation for at least 24 hours with stable hemodynamics and oxygenation, as defined by the absence of the need for escalating respiratory support or vasopressor therapy. 2.Parents who can understand and comprehend English.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Post RTA, Polytrauma, ribcage fracture 2.Rancho Los Amigos (RLA) stage 6, severe TBI 3.Chronic lung diseases 4.Post-surgery patients 5.Children with GDD, NMD 6.Any cognitive impairment that will prevent the subjects from following exercise commands
