Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ksharasutra post-operative cases 3d degree Arshas of single mass. Patients will be selected between the age group of 18-70 yrs of either gender, irrespective of religion, occupation, Socio-economic status. Controlled systemic illness like Hypertension and Diabetes mellitus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having unexplained severe pain before Ksharasutra ligation. Patients who have developed other complication apart from pain in post ligation period. Pregnancy and Lactation. Patient suffering from HIV, Tuberculosis, CA of rectum and Hepatitis. Haemorrhoids associated with Fissure in Ano, Fistula in Ano, Anal stricture, Perianal abscess, Malignancy and Polyps.
