Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients with permanent dentition with second molars erupted b. Patient with a treatment plan involving extraction of first bicuspid. c. Patient undergoing routine orthodontic treatment. d. Crowding less than 5 mm based upon little irregularity index.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients with congenital abnormalities or systemic disease-causing change in the density of the bone. b. Patients on any medication such as bisphosphonates C.Patients with any systemic condition like diabetes, bleeding disorders etc. d. Patients being treated with any other bracket prescription. e.Patient with different extraction pattern as part of their treatment plan. f. Patients with periodontally compromised teeth.
