Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults Between The Ages Of 18 And 65 Years Who Need Root Canal Treatment. A Diagnosis Of Pulp Necrosis Asymptomatic Apical Periodontitis. A Lesion Size Of Less Than 2mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tooth With Root Fractures Or Resorption Presence Of Intra Oral and Extra Oral Swelling Sinus Opening. Teeth Requiring Re treatment And Previously Accessed Teeth. Tooth With Primary Periodontal And Secondary Endodontic Lesions. Patients Who Had Taken Antibiotics Within The Previous 30 Days. Patients Who Had Taken Analgesics Within The Previous 24h Were Not Accepted
