Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 20-40 years old. Both male & female. With Rounded shoulder posture. Minimum three hour of computer uses for at least 1 year time period. Inactive / sedentary participants only ( Less than 600 MET-min / week)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of instability, dislocation, fracture, or movement limitation in the shoulder and neck area. History of shoulder or neck surgery, malignant tumors in the shoulder or cervical area, neurological symptoms, cardiovascular diseases, hereditary and congenital abnormalities, pregnancy. Severe forward head posture (Craniovertebral angle less than 45 degree). Pulmonary diseases such as asthma, chronic obstructive lung disease (COPD), pneumonia, tuberculosis, etc.
