Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participating in professional rowing for at least two years. 2. Voluntary participation and willingness to adhere to the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent history of participation in any mindfulness or yoga-based activities. 2. Injuries preventing training and (or) or participation in competitions. 3. Any diagnosed morbidities or recent surgical interventions. 4. Any cases of addiction.
