Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having a clinical presentation of T.T.H. according to ICHD3 criteria. 2. Age group 18 and above 3. Patients of all Genders. 4. Patients Diagnosed for the first time as well as previously diagnosed cases but not receiving homoeopathic treatment. 5. The patient who takes Analgesics (painkillers) for the headache but is willing to taper it down or stop 6. Patients showing a Disability Score on the Headache disability index of more than 10 7. Patients who are willing to take homeopathic treatment during the acute episode of headache

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant Women. 2. Cases of Sinusitis diagnosed as per standard clinical criteria. 3. Patients having headaches due to raised Blood pressure.
