Inclusion criteria: All diagnosed GBM patients who are undergoing surgical resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Minors, pregnant mothers Recurrence GBM cases

MeasureTime frame
To develop and utilize advanced three-dimensional organoid models derived from patient samples to better understand the progression and treatment resistance mechanisms of glioblastoma, with a focus on replicating the tumor environment found in the human brain.Timepoint: 12 months from the surgery

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the response of these models to various therapeutic strategies, including novel delivery systems, with the goal of improving treatment effectiveness.Timepoint: 36 months from the surgery
