Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with Lower Cross Syndrome as confirmed by physical examination and postural assessment. Experiencing mild to moderate lower back pain or postural issues for at least 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students who have undergone any previous physiotherapy or exercise interventions for LCS in the past 6 months. Individuals with other musculoskeletal or neurological disorders affecting posture or movement
