Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals of age group between 30-60 yrs with irrespective of sex Participants willing for written consent Participants having Niram Lakshana Participants having Grade 2 and 3 for movement of knee joint assessed by Goniometer Participants with radiological findings of Knee Osteoarthritis along with clinical features Fit for Matra Basti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women and Lactating mothers Participants with severe form of systemic disorders Suffering from Osteo tuberculosis Osteo carcinoma Trauma Fractured Knee Participants undergo knee replacement surgery Other medication for knee osteoarthritis Participants havingAma Lakshana Unfit forMatra Basti
