Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The target population for this study comprises university or college students aged between 18 and 29 years who are classified as overweight or obese,indicated by a Body Mass Index of 25 or higher.This group includes both male and female students and specifically excludes school aged individuals.Focusing on this demographic is crucial,as young adulthood is a formative period where lifestyle habits are established,and addressing weight-related issues during this time can have significant long-term health implications.
