Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Glenohumeral Internal rotation deficit more than 20 degree Less than 5 meters distance in Medicine ball throw in standing position. Less than 10 taps in 15 seconds in Closed Kinetic Upper Extremity Stability Test. Professional overhead athletes in Pune, at least at district level players.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of any shoulder instabilities. Diagnosed case of any vascular disease or skin condition Participants who does not meet the inclusion criteria in all the three components
