Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All consenting patients above 18 years of age with primary uncomplicated midline ventral hernias with defect size more than 1 cm and less than or equal to 4 cm planned for elective Laparoscopic ventral hernia repair
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Hernia patients with disorders of hemostasis and coagulation Patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair with concomi-tant surgeries Previous laparotomy Obese patients BMI more than 35 Pregnant patient Patients with ascites
