Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Older adults in the age group of 55 years and above who: 1.Agree to give written informed consent 2.Satisfied modified PARQ 2022 and were fit to perform low to moderate intensity exercises 3.Mini Mental scale examination (MMSE) score above 23 4.Timed up and Go test (TUG) score above 12 seconds

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals having neurological or musculoskeletal problems making it difficult to perform specified exercise or are unable to do atleast 20 sessions, due to any health or personal reasons. 2.Older adults with any psychological issues.
