Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 to 50 years 2. Both male and female patients visiting the laboratory for vitamin D testing 3. Willing to participate and provide informed consent 4. Capable of understanding and answering the questionnaire
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known chronic diseases affecting vitamin D metabolism (e.g., chronic kidney disease, liver disorders, parathyroid dysfunction) 2. Pregnant or lactating women 3. Patients unwilling to participate or unable to provide informed consent
