Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy children with multirooted primary molars having a minimum of two-thirds of their roots, deemed suitable for pulpectomy. 2.Children whose parents sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with any systemic disease. 2.Teeth with advanced internal or external resorption. 3.Tooth with formation of sinus tract. 4.Patients who have administered antibiotics within 3 months of enrollment.

MeasureTime frame
There is significant difference in antimicrobial activity of HEDP , Elderberry extract and Sodium hypochlorite in endodontic infections of primary tooth. Timepoint: Initial pretreatment root culture sample collection immediately after access opening by placing sterile paper point in the canal for 1 minute (T0). Cleaning and shaping completed with intermittent irrigation with 10 ml of test irrigant and second sample will be collected(T1).
