Intervention1: Crash Ponseti: Crash Ponseti casting starts on the day of presentation at the clinic after admission, followed by a second cast after 48 hours, and then changing the cast daily till the
if the dorsiflexion is less than 15 degrees or if its in the equinus, tendoachillies tenotomy is performed as per protocol, and a final cast is applied, which is removed after three weeks.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Severe Idiopathic CTEV. 2.Age less than 6 months. 3.The study will include the right side in cases of bilateral severe idiopathic clubfoot
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Moderate Idiopathic CTEV, Atypical, syn-dromic or neurogenic CTEV 2.Age more than 6 months. 3.Earlier treated with plaster cast application or any other method
