Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Decreased range of motion of Shoulder joint. Patients with unilateral or bilateral shoulder pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of previous spinal surgery, kyphotic deformity and neuromuscular diseases. Pregnant and lactating females. Patients with periarticular lesion for example polyarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Patient with peri shoulder trauma injury and infection. Patients with history of Psychiatrist illness.

To explore the underlying mechanisms that may link association of Cervical PIVD with Frozen Shoulder conditions.Timepoint: at baseline

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the level & severity of cervical PIVD (on MRI) in patients presenting with frozen shoulder. To evaluate shoulder range of motion (ROM) & pain scores in patients with cervical PIVD.Timepoint: at baseline
