Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases of prediabetes on the basis of the laboratory investigation between the age group 30 to 40 years of both sexes. HbA1C between 5.7 to 6.4 mg/dL. FBS levels falling between- 100 to120 mg/dL PPBS levels falling between- 140 to 199 mg/dL Onset less than 6 months. BMI Above 21. A Positive family history of type 2 DM. Higher than normal values of lipid profile values.
