Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Preterm infants born between 25 to 30 6/7 weeks of gestation and admitted to NICU before 96 hours of life.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those with lethal congenital malformations and antenatally detected anomalies of the kidney and urinary tract, neonates with ileostomies, colostomies, congenital heart disease, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Inherited renal tubular disorders, Hyponatremia attributed to non-tubular causes SIADH, NEC
