Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults aged 30 to 60 years 2. Not engaged in lower limb resistance training in the last 3 months 3. Willing to participate and give informed consent 4. No current musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiovascular conditions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of recent lower limb injury or surgery 2. Diagnosed balance or gait disorders 3. Participation in other strength training programs during the trial period 4. Medical conditions contraindicating stair or uphill walking
