Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients above 18-60 years of age. 2. Any gender. 3. Confirmed Temporomandibular joint disorder diagnosis according to DC-TMD Criteria. 4. Chronic TMD pain in the joint region for at least 3 months. 5. Average pain intensity of equal to or more than 4 on a 0-10 VAS scale. 6. Can read and write in Hindi/ English.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Grade V Wilke s classification of TMD 2. Severe psychiatric disorder (suicidal, violent, schizophrenia, mania, severe depression, patient with an indication of admission due to any psychiatric condition). 3. Pregnancy, lactation, unfit for application of TMS i.e., metallic implants, pacemaker, cardiovascular stents, history of severe head injury, etc- contraindications for rTMS as per safety guidelines. 4. Uncontrolled chronic pain conditions other than TMD 5. Severe intellectual disability, seizure disorder, neuroprogressive illness, locomotor difficulty. 6. Clinically unstable.
